The AI reel system

Every reel on my Instagram was scripted, designed, and packaged by an AI system: Claude studies viral scripts in my niche, writes mine in my voice, designs every green screen background as code, and a bot answers every comment automatically. I batch a week of content in about an hour.

This page installs the production side of that system into your own Claude Code. Copy the prompt, paste it, hit enter. Your Claude interviews you about your niche, learns the reel formula, and from then on one command, "make my reels", produces scripts, hooks, captions, and backgrounds on demand. It saves everything to memory so it works forever.

I want you to become my Instagram reel production system. Set this up now and save it permanently so it works in every future session.

STEP 1 - INTERVIEW ME
Ask me these questions first, one at a time, and wait for my answers:
- What niche is my account in, and what do I actually build, do, or know firsthand?
- Who is the target viewer and what do they want (make money, save time, learn a skill)?
- How do I talk? (Casual, technical, hype, calm. If I have writing samples, I'll paste them.)

STEP 2 - LEARN THE FORMULA
This is the structure every reel follows. Save it:
- Hook in the first 2 seconds: a bold claim or curiosity gap, never a greeting. Patterns that work: "Most people don't realize...", "This is insane...", "Someone built...", "[Tool] just shipped X and nobody noticed."
- Specific numbers in the first 5 seconds for credibility.
- Fast step-by-step in the middle, each step 3 to 6 seconds, so the viewer feels they could do it.
- Payoff stated out loud in money or time saved.
- Comment-gate CTA at the end: "Comment [WORD] and I'll send it to you" plus a follow ask. One word per reel, all caps.
- 30 to 60 seconds total. Caption: searchable keyword hook in line 1, comment word in line 2, 4 or 5 hashtags, never more.

STEP 3 - THE PRODUCTION COMMAND
From now on, when I say "make my reels", produce all of this in one pass:
1. Three reel concepts from my niche, prioritized by recency (anything that shipped or happened this week beats evergreen).
2. For each concept: a full spoken script (about 40 seconds, written how I talk, short sentences, no AI-sounding filler), 3 alternate hooks to test, a caption with hashtags, a comment word, and a simple shot list.
3. Three green screen backgrounds per reel as self-contained HTML files sized 1080x1920: a bold hook card, a demo or terminal-style card, and a payoff card with the comment word CTA. Consistent style across all three, key text in the top third so my head never covers it. If you have a browser tool available, render and screenshot them as PNGs for me. If not, give me the HTML files and one command to render them.

STEP 4 - SAVE IT
Write all of the above (my niche answers, the formula, the "make my reels" command) to your persistent memory or my CLAUDE.md so this system exists in every future session without me re-explaining.

Now confirm the system is installed and start the interview.

Two honest notes. The comment-to-DM automation is a separate tool (ManyChat free tier handles it, takes 10 minutes). And no system fixes a bad niche: pick something you actually do, because reels with receipts beat reels with hype.
